Meet Our Team

Casey Zack

Studio Director & Teacher | 300 E-RYT

Hi, I’m Casey! I’ve been practicing yoga for over 20 years and I still consider myself a student. My first introduction to a ‘real’ yoga class was during my time in Chicago. A friend invited me to join her at a Bikram class, aka ‘Hot Yoga’. I had spent most of my life in dance and movement for theater so I thought, ‘no big deal... I've got this’ - I couldn’t have been more wrong. It kicked my happy derrière into a two hour nap on the couch. And then, I showed up at class the next day. Soon I became a dedicated yogi enjoying the challenge and loving how my practice was always evolving and changing. No two practices are ever the same which has kept me coming back. It is a passion I love to share with others!  I completed my 200RYT at 'Purple Yoga' in Long Beach, CA in 2012. I'm also certified in Yoga Sculpt, Chakra Yoga, Pilates and Barre. My goal as a teacher is to provide a welcoming, fun environment for the student to explore and develop their own, personal yoga practice that brings joy, confidence and strength to their body, mind and spirit.

Bill McNab

Yoga Teacher | 200RYT

Hi!  I’m Bill McNab and I’m grateful to be a part of the Yoga Tree community. Yoga found me through a friend, to whom I am eternally grateful. In my very first yoga class, I discovered two things: some things that look easy are not (at least at first), and yoga is really fun! After developing a consistent home practice and regular studio practice, I quickly began to experience new strength, flexibility and balance in my body and calmness in my mind. I realized I wanted to learn more, so I completed the 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training at Good and Twisted Yoga in Chaska in May of 2020. But while I am a Registered Yoga Teacher, I will always be a student first. I look forward to practicing, learning and having fun together at Yoga Tree New Prague.

Rita Goggins

Yoga Teacher | 200RYT

Hi, I'm Rita.  My yoga practice has been an ever evolving learning process that started in college with a home practice and at various studios.  The draw for me has been developing my personal ability to feel better physically and mentally through yoga.  My hope is to help people recognize their own ability to initiate positive change within themselves as they build and explore their yoga practice. I'm a recent graduate of the 200 hour teacher training program at Green Lotus Healing Center in MN.  This experience taught me to embrace the duality of everything.  As I move through postures, I love how one moment I feel smooth and flowing and the next, rooted and strong. Yoga is a personal practice that you get to tailor to your personal needs.  I am thrilled to teach in New Prague and be a part of the Yoga Tree community.  I look forward to meeting you soon!
