Fall into Yoga
It's time for our fall beginner yoga workshop! This is the perfect class for anyone new to yoga looking for more guidance & understanding of a yoga practice. You'll learn everything you need to know in order to feel comfortable attending a yoga class in a studio setting.

Classes We Offer
The Yoga Tree welcomes students of all levels. Whether you are new to yoga or a long time practitioner we strive to help our students reach their fullest potential.
Gentle Yoga - 60 min
Restore the mind and body in this gentle class. You will move slowly through poses, gently stretching, improving strength and flexibility. Students will end class with a luxurious final relaxation.
*Great for beginners & all-levels
Yoga Flow - 60 min
A classic Vinyasa style class linking breath and movement as you 'flow' dynamically in and out of poses. This class moves at a moderate pace building endurance, strength and flexibility. Teachers will give detailed instructions suitable for the beginner and offer variations for students seeking a challenge.

Yoga Sculpt - 60 min
Yoga Sculpt combines traditional yoga postures with weighted sequences. Plus, cardio bursts, core work and strength moves set to lively music that will increase your heart rate and 'sculpt' your muscles.
*Suitable for all-levels
Fusion | 60 min
Yoga, Pilates, Barre...This class has it all! Warm up with Yoga Flow, improve coordination and strength with Barre moves and finish off with some Pilates core work.
*Suitable for all-levels.
Pilates - 45 min
Traditional Pilates mat work strengthens and stretches muscle groups improving muscular balance, posture and flexibility.

**Seasonal ~ Fall/Winter
Fierce Flow - 60 min
Fierce flow is a heated vinyasa style class with creative sequencing at an energetic pace. Be prepared to sweat and have fun! *room is heated to a moderate 80*; bring water and a towel.

A traditional yoga class with held poses and dynamic movement to improve strength, flexibility and provide you with deep relaxation through breath work. You will leave feeling calm and refreshed!
