We strive to create an all inclusive environment that promotes health and wellness through mindful breath and movement. Our boutique studio offers small class sizes that cater to the individual. We provide encouragement, training and the space to focus on YOU and support your journey to advance yourself both physically and mentally.  Our mission is to make yoga fun and accessible to every body. Classes We Offer

The Yoga Tree welcomes students of all levels. Whether you are new to Yoga or a long time practitioner we strive to help our students reach their fullest potential.

Yoga Flow | 1 Hour

A classice Vinyasa style class linking breath and movement as you "flow" dynamically in and out of poses. This class moves at a moderate pace building endurance, strength and flexibility. Teachers will provide detailed instruction suitable for the beginner and offer variations for students seeking a challenge.

Heated Flow | 1 Hour

Heated Flow is a Vinyasa style class with creative sequencing to strengthen and stretch your body in a cozy, moderately heated room, approximately 85 degrees. Bring water and prepare for a sweaty challenge! Some familiarity with a Vinyasa style practice is recommended. 

Yoga Sculpt | 50 min

Yoga Sculpt combines traditional Yoga postures with weighted sequences. Plus, cardio flows, core work and strength moves set to lively music that will increase your heart rate and 'sculpt' your muscles. Some knowledge of Yoga poses is helpful for this energetic class.

Gentle Yoga | 1 Hour

Restore the mind and body in this gentle class. You will move slowly through poses, gently stretching, improving strength, coordination and flexibility. Students will end class with a luxurious final relaxation known as 'Savasana'. This is a wonderful class for new and beginner students to get familiar with a Yoga practice.

Sunset Yoga | 1 Hour

A traditional Yoga class with held poses and dynamic movement to improve strength, flexibility and provide you with deep relaxation through breath work. Offered Sunday evenings for the perfect refresh to start the new week! Great for new students.

Yoga Fusion | 50 min

Yoga, Pilates and Barre... this student favorite has it all! Warm up with Yoga flow, improve coordination and strength with Barre moves and finish with Pilates to tone, stretch and works those abs!
